I would give this product 8/10 I got this for my 3 yr old son I waited couple days to give the review after I got it … and yes some things would not download because it needed an update to date IOS but I can also just use safari browser for my child to have access to those. The purpose was to keep him occupied with games and educational apps which is working good so far. When I was I setting this up it did lagged I haven’t watched him while he used the IPad so I don’t know if there was any lagging while playing but I will updated. The logo on the back also says Property of Stewartville Public SchoolsUpdate- there was lot of things I was not able download for my child because of the IOS updates aren’t available.

This product description is a lie. I bought mine in “excellent” condition and it came with scratches and a dirty screen I had to replace and it came with a bad battery. Not only can I not use the apps I try and download but the iPad itself has a fried/damaged battery. It dies after 2 minutes of being charged. I need to understand how the conditions of the iPads are created because when I see excellent condition meaning like new out of the box I think of nothing visible to the eye and perfect battery life. Thank god for Amazon getting with me so quickly on doing the refund because this was a waste of my time, energy, and money. And while I’m returning the device for a full refund I wanted to warn all of you because some of you may be purchasing for your children. I did and had to watch him cry when he was told ipad was bad and had to go back. The thing is useless. Just go buy a new one. Less hassle. I wish I could give a 0 star rating.
